Updating your information/opting out

When ACCEDE receives a request to deactivate or cancel your account, we take commercially reasonable efforts to remove your personally identifiable information from our databases, but we cannot guarantee that your information will be completely deleted due to the necessity of redundancy inherent in the electronic storage and management of data.
ACCEDE receives information from individuals in a variety of situations. For example, individuals may provide ACCEDE with personal data so they can (1) receive information regarding our services, (b) be considered for employment, promotions or reassignment within ACCEDE or (2) engage in business transactions with ACCEDE. ACCEDE assures compliance with its Safe Harbor Policy by (1) conducting compliance audits not less than annually; and (2) providing a dispute resolution procedure to individuals who feel their privacy rights have been violated.
ACCEDE may amend this Policy from time to time by posting a revised policy on this web page. The amended policy will only apply to personal data previously collected to the extent the rights of individuals affected are not reduced.
